Pimento Cheese Pepper Jelly Cups

Today on my YouTube channel, I made a fast, easy and scrumptious appetizer; Pimento Cheese Pepper Jelly Cups. All you need are 3 ingredients!

* 2 boxes – Athens Phyllo Shells

* 12 oz. Price’s Pimento Cheese Spread

* Braswell’s Red Pepper Jelly

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Remove both boxes of Phyllo Shells on to a cookie tray. Fill each shell with pimento cheese. You can use your own, homemade if you wish.

Once filled, bake for 10 minutes.

Add a small dollop of red pepper jelly to the top of each shell. Serve immediately.

The red pepper jelly adds a lot of flavor, however, if you want to please everyone, only add the jelly to ½ the tray. That way, people can choose which way they like them best. If you don’t like red pepper jelly at all, simply leave it out completely and it is still a yummy appetizer.

*We tried these with the pimento cheese and phyllo shells two ways – baked in the oven and cold. Kevin and I agree that they are much better when baked.
