From The Past: March 24, 2008

The weekend went by entirely too quickly, but that happens when a person is busy. We stripped wallpaper, painted a room, had dinner with the family, and then painted some more. I will show you before and after pictures once everything is complete. We are currently still in the painting and wait until it dries before we do anything else phase.

On a totally different subject; I was in a children’s clothing store last weekend. As I walked past a little girl, I noticed she was staring a hole through me, or rather my chest. I thought to myself, now what could she be staring at. Then it dawned on me. I was wearing my new Alice shirt:

The blood on her knife and pinny may have been a tad too dramatic for a child. That thought never occurred to me. The funny thing is; I have often seen, mainly teenagers, wearing shirts I thought were inappropriate. By wearing this shirt am I now the inappropriate one?

I adore this shirt. AMERICAN MCGEES ALICE is the coolest game ever!
