From The Past: December 3, 2007

Saturday we just so happened upon the Trees of Life display at the mall at Lexington Green.

There was live singing and refreshments.

This beautiful pink tree was created by DeAnn Stephens from WKYT.

The ornaments on the tree in the foreground were made from corn husks. In the background was a tree decorated with John Deere ornaments, but it’s hard to see.

The sale of each tree helps the Kidney Health Alliance of Kentucky.

This was a “Carnivale Christmas Tree”:

And an Ale-8-One tree decorated by the Kidney Health Alliance of Kentucky.

Sadly, I did not write down who created each tree, but if you helped with one, know that they made a happy atmosphere.
