From The Past: May 13, 2009

Kevin and I spotted two odd things this morning.

First off, we saw this car on fire at the corner of the Bypass and Redbud:

This next picture shows the fireman preparing to make a hole in the hood with a saw. I was sitting at a red light and it turned green, so I missed the action:

The second odd thing we saw was a giant pineapple in the back of a truck:

From a distance, I wondered aloud to Kevin, “Is that really a pineapple?”

Yes, it was!

I really need to get out more.
