From The Past: April 21, 2009

Since I carry the checkbook, Kevin always tries to get a receipt at the gas station so he won’t forget how much money he spent. The machine never cooperates though and refuses to spit out receipts, so Kevin just takes a picture with his iPhone:

Actually, this is a smart way to save paper.

I haven’t pumped gas in SO long, I had forgotten they even offered receipts at the pump. Also, the current price for gas per gallon in our area is $2.99/gallon for Regular.
