From The Past: April 18, 2009

When I arrived home from chaperoning Ashley’s dance last night, we had a cookout. Kevin made cheeseburgers and hotdogs and I had prepared deviled eggs and potato salad earlier in the day.

Ashley had a friend over to spend the night. Here they are eating in the swing:

We passed the football, played horseshoes, Stick-ums Velcro Catch game, and volleyball. In the picture below on the far side of the net, you’ll see: Ashley friend,  Andrew and my dad. With their backs to us are Christina and Ashley.

By the time we made it home, I was worn out, but it was a fun night 🙂
