If we ever need to make sugar cookies again, we will certainly buy these dough sheets. They worked like a charm and were the perfect thickness.
After allowing the cookies to cool, we iced them and then added icing and/or sprinkles on top. Here you see Ashley & Christina:

They are soft, but firm enough to carry the heavy icing.
