Kevin and I have a good laugh every year walking around Wal-Mart after Christmas. All of a sudden, you see all the diet paraphernalia appear everywhere they can stick it. The exercise machines, weights, yoga mats along with bars and other “healthier” food options are prominently displayed because they know how people are. They know exactly how minds work. They know people will make resolutions to get healthy this year.

One things for sure; someone is stocking up on Lean Cuisine and then buying Edy’s ice cream for dessert!
