From The Past: June 8, 2007
Kevin is an Engineering Technology Associate Professor at a nearby college. He teaches adults in the classroom as well as online, all about computers and computer repair. He can teach any electronics class, but regularly teaches Digital Electronics.
People are often surprised that he knows how to put a computer together from the inside out, but this came from experience. He spent many years working for companies and traveling to different towns in order to fix their computers. I can’t tell you how many hours were spent fixing the government computers in Frankfort alone!
Kevin loves his job. He loves being there around the computers and equipment in his classroom. He has a great rapport with his coworkers; he respects them and they respect him. He cannot imagine any other place he would want to be.
He is also the Program Coordinator for Engineering Technology which means he does scheduling, hires part-time teachers, and does all the paperwork for that department.
