From The Past: December 26, 2006

I slept in for the first time in a while this morning. I don’t know why, but once I get up, it’s very hard to go back to sleep. I think that’s mainly due to me thinking about things. I begin thinking about what work has to be done around the house or places I want to go, etc.

Today I completed a lot, but if you looked around my house you wouldn’t be able to tell. I was actually online for a few hours catching up with what everyone else did for Christmas. I love looking through all the pictures and hearing about the food and gifts. I also had a ton of email to sort through.

We did some rearranging in both Andrew and Ashley’s rooms. This not only entailed moving furniture, it also involved dusting, picking up items, sorting through them and so on. It takes much longer than you would expect.

Besides watching an episode of Star Trek TNG, I spent a greater part of the evening listening to music. I started off with Christmas music and ended with Disco CDs. I am now ready for some light reading.
