CBS has started doing something new during CSI and it’s killing me!
Last night, Kevin and I were watching CSI: New York. We had both formed a theory in the first few minutes of who we thought had killed the teenage victim in the story.
At 10:30, half way through the show, a CBS “commercial” came on telling us to grab our cell phones and vote for the person who we thought had killed the victim. CBS gave us three choices to choose from. The thing is none of the three choices was the person Kevin and I had thought was the killer! Talk about giving away an ending!
Now, having the evidence plus the three people to choose from it was easy to see who the killer was and guess the end of the story. This particular episode could have been a real shocker had we not had the three choices.
Why would a successful television show resort to such antics? Kevin says he is sending them an email today. Do you think it will do any good?
