Creepy Movies

Listed below are some movies I find extremely creepy:

Cape Fear – Robert De Niro was flat out scary in this movie, especially when he says, “Come out, come out, wherever you are.”

The Ring – When the little girl climbs out of the television set, I about die. It’s disturbing. Years ago, Hugh Hefner had a haunted house and he had this scene from The Ring in one room. I wouldn’t even want to walk past it! It totally freaks me out.

The Grudge – No more creepy things crawling down staircases!

The Silence of the Lambs – Towards the end when Jodie Foster is in the pitch-black house with Buffalo Bill the psycho serial killer – he can see, but she can’t – that was scary.

The Vanishing – This movie was more intense than anything, but after it was over, I thought about it for days. It still disturbs me to think about it.

Burnt Offerings – This for me, is a classic creepy movie. Also, Bette Davis has a role. You just can’t beat Bette Davis.

The Nanny – Speaking of Bette Davis, this is one of her classics from 1965. If you’ve never seen it, you need to. It’s very creepy.

Boxing Helena – I’m not even going to say anything about this movie. If you rent it, don’t read the back of the box because it might give away something. This movie is SO warped; you just have to see it.

  1. What did you think of Jeepers Creepers Tami? That movie disturbs me. I also found “The Car” with James Brolin from the 1970s also very scary. To be made back then , I thought it was suspenseful .
