I have a new favorite book. It’s called, The Secret Garden and was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett. I had never read the book or seen the movie. My sister, on the other hand, has seen the movie about ten times.

Even though this book is classified as Children’s Fiction, it doesn’t read that way. It was written for anyone who enjoys an enthralling, beautifully written, somewhat suspenseful story. It is captivating from the very first page. It was written in 1911, however it could have just as easily been written yesterday.

This is a book I would gladly recommend to anyone. It’s 300 pages of bliss. I SO hope you will get a copy for yourself today! I can’t wait to see if she has written anything else.
