I finished my latest Stephen King book titled, Later. It’s under the Hard Case Crime category. I have no idea what makes this story a “hard case crime”. It was well-written and held my interest from the first page. In many Stephen King books, Kevin and I have the same complaint which is, he is long-winded at times for no apparent reason. This book was different because he said exactly what needed to be said and no more; it was straight to the point. I don’t want to say anything about the story itself because I don’t want to give anything away. However, I will say, if you have never read a Stephen King book, this would be a great starting point.
