From The Past: July 26, 2005

Today I fried some green tomatoes that came right from my parent’s back yard.

The red plate above is a new red Fiesta plate! I found it yesterday at Linens ‘n Things. As far as I know, I now only need Peacock and Periwinkle. I don’t recall seeing those colors yesterday, so I may have to order them online when I’m ready. I only collect the dinner plates and serving bowls, so it’s not like I have to spend a lot, but Fiesta isn’t cheap either!

When everyone has a different colored plate at dinner, it does make things more festive.
