I can say that I definitely agree with E.T. being the number 1 tearjerker. I agree with many of the others even if they only made me cry the first time I saw them. If I could add any movies to the list, they would be Savannah Smiles, Steel Magnolias and Schindler’s List. I think Savannah Smiles would be my top tearjerker of all time.
*I have added an asterisk to the end of the movies above that I have never seen.
Currently (2021): These days, there are so many movies to add to the list. Other than the movies I mentioned in 2005, I would add Beaches, The Boy In The Striped Pajamas, Marley & Me and Frankenweenie.
