From The Past: December 30, 2004

The neatest thing happened today! Kevin, Ashley and I had taken Guido for a walk near Ashley’s school. We were walking down the sidewalk talking and I was asking Kevin how to get to Paris, Kentucky because one of my friends lives there.

All of a sudden there was a minivan beside us. Simultaneously the front window went down and the back door was forced open. For that split second my mind was racing. Come to find out, it was my friend who I had just been talking about not seconds before! Now that’s pretty cool especially since she doesn’t even live in our town!

When we got home from our walk, our cat, Church was lying in the wing-back chair. When he looks like this cute, I just want to squeeze him! Maybe that’s why he stays away!

After taking the picture above, he gave me this look (below). If he could talk I just know he would be saying, “Woman, I’m trying to sleep here!”
