I spoke with Jennifer about Jon’s appointment yesterday. She said that they cleaned his arm and changed the bandage. He is apparently wearing a Styrofoam wrap which contains a silver medicine. It’s supposed to be the newest thing to help with the healing process.

Jon said that his arm has dried, so it really itches. He has to be careful that it doesn’t get infected. He said that his face is healing well, but there is some discomfort.

Jon is a hard worker and he likes to stay busy, so it bothers him that there is so much work to be done and he is not supposed to do any of it. He has been told that he can return to work after Thanksgiving.

My feeling is, he should just try to relax for a little while. The work will still be there when he gets better and he doesn’t know when he will have time off again.
