From The Past: December 29, 2003

Last night we ended up watching Life or Something Like It. Angelina Jolie plays a reporter. While she’s interviewing a homeless man, who claims to be a prophet, he tells her that she’s going to die in a week. I enjoyed this. I love Angelina Jolie and this movie was different. I had no idea what would happen in the end.

Tonight, we watched Riding in Cars with Boys. Drew Barrymore did a fine job in this movie. She plays the part of a 15-year-old who gets pregnant at the end of the 60’s. From there, the movie shows what her life was like raising him. What amazes me is that Drew Barrymore can still look convincingly like a 15-year-old. Don’t we all wish that we could look so young?!
