Today on the Tami Dunn YouTube channel, I made these Drumstick M&M Cereal Nut Bars. They are no-bake bars that are fairly easy to make. I refer to these bars as “picky bars” because it’s fun to pick away the pieces and eat them a little at a time.
Drumstick M&M Cereal Nut Bars – No Bake Recipe
Ingredients
8 cups Drumstick Classic Vanilla Cereal
1 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts (crushed)
1 cup Walnuts (crushed)
1 cup Mini M&M’s
1 ¾ cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
1 ½ cup sugar
2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
Directions
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
In a pan, stir the corn syrup and sugar and bring to a boil. Stir frequently. When this mixture begins to boil, turn down your heat and add the Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips. Stir until all the chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Pour over the cereal mixture in the large bowl and coat evenly. Pour into your 9×13-inch pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
I recommend washing the dishes immediately because your bowl and pan will be extra sticky.
