Today on the Tami Dunn YouTube channel, I am sharing my recipe for Oatmeal Peanut Butter Squares. These are great for taking to get-togethers or serving to guests in your own home.
Oatmeal Peanut Butter Squares
Ingredients
1/3 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
½ cup milk
¾ cup peanut butter (I used a combination of JIF Extra Crunchy & Creamy)
I cup Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a stand or hand mixer, blend together peanut butter and sugar until combined. Add flour, salt and baking soda and combine again. Add oatmeal and mix. While mixing, add in vanilla and then milk. A dough ball will form. Once this happens, stir in the Reese’s peanut butter chips. Press into a 10.5” x 8” pan and bake for 18 minutes. You could also use an 8” x 8” or 9” x 9” pan Allow to cool completely and then cut into squares.
