Tomorrow on my YouTube channel, I am making Easter Egg Confetti Blondies using the Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs which you may remember I bought for a no-bake cheesecake which failed. These blondies were very easy to make and they taste great. If you didn’t want to use the Whoppers Robin Eggs, the small Cadbury eggs would taste terrific. The recipe is below in case you would like to make them.
Easter Egg Confetti Blondies Recipe
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter (melted)
I egg
1 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
Colorful sugar & Easter sprinkles
1 cup Whoppers Mini Robin Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Melt butter in microwave and allow it to cool slightly. Whisk together: vanilla, butter, egg and brown sugar. After these are combined, whisk in the salt and flour. Stir in the Whoppers. Pour mixture into greased pan and top with colored sugar and Easter sprinkles. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to completely before cutting into squares.
