The Past: April 2, 2003

I had a lunch date today with Miss Martha, my next-door neighbor. We met at Pizza Hut for lunch and had a great time talking away! I love my children dearly, but it was lovely to be able to have an adult conversation with no interruptions. She also brought coupons so those personal pan pizzas were extra cheap which made them taste even better!

Andrew will start taking piano lessons next Tuesday. I got the time and date in concrete today. I also ordered the three older beginner piano books. I have spoken with his instructor-to-be three times now and this guy has personality plus. He sounds easy going and fun, so I really think that he and Andrew will hit it off. I can hardly wait to meet him in person!
